Optimized Ask automatically personalizes suggested donation amounts for every supporter. When past giving data exists, it uses it. When it doesn’t, it applies smart defaults that fit typical donor behavior. This feature is toggled on by default because it reliably increases conversions and average gift size. With the toggle enabled, donors see amounts that feel appropriately “right-sized,” helping you raise more—without any extra work on your end. 

Step 1: Open your form 

From EveryAction Home, open Online Actions. On the left-hand navigation, click Engagement> Communication Tools> Online Actions. If your left menu looks different, use Search for a page to find Online Actions and your form. Click the “Create New Optimized Contribution Form” button or open your existing form. 

Step 2: Turn on Optimized Ask 

Go to the Build Page. Under Ask Amounts / Optimized Ask → toggle On  

Note: Optimized Ask cannot be used at the same time as Impact Statements.
