Targeted Email Overview 

Targeted Email is a powerful feature in EveryAction that allows you to segment your audience for better deliverability, create dynamic content using merge fields, maintain a consistent look and feel, and encourage more conversions and engagement. 

 

Getting Started 

When you are ready to begin creating a new email message for your subscribers, you can open Targeted Email from the Sidebar in EveryAction. From there, you can select "Create New" to begin a new email or "Create from Existing" to select a previous email to copy, with the option to include the same audience. 

 

Feature Details 

Targeted Email in EveryAction provides robust tools for creating personalized, effective email communications. You can choose between two editor options: the user-friendly Drag and Drop editor for creating mobile-friendly layouts without coding knowledge, or the Classic editor for more advanced HTML and CSS customization. The platform enables you to segment your audience through saved searches, personalize content with merge fields and conditional content, and maintain brand consistency with reusable components. You can also track performance metrics to optimize your email strategy and improve engagement rates over time.

Tracking your Success / Reporting 

Monitor the performance of your Targeted Email campaigns through the reporting dashboard. You can track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounces, and unsubscribes. These analytics help you understand which messages resonate with your audience and identify opportunities to improve future communications. The system also provides insights into recipient engagement levels, allowing you to segment your audience more effectively for subsequent campaigns.
