Greetings from Orangewood Foundation,I am curious to know if anyone on the channel has received approval from CalOptima to submit PDFs of Apricot-built forms as opposed to PDFs created/provided directly by CalOptima? In previous audit cycles, our staff have been filling out the latter and then uploading them into Apricot via a document upload field. However, if we could have staff filling out the Apricot-built forms this would be much more ideal, as staff would not need to navigate between two different browser tabs.Curious to hear from the group!-Blaise (Database Admin)

I created a self-service form for members to update their contact information, including their telephone numbers and SMS opt-in status. The existing telephone numbers don’t display and do not get recorded when added. Address changes are recorded. What am I doing wrong?

Confirmed Opt-In (also called Double Opt-In) adds a verification step to your email signup process: instead of automatically adding someone when they check a box, you send them a confirmation email and only add them to your list after they click the link. This article explains how Confirmed Opt-In works, what confirmation statuses mean, and how to manage them in Targeted Email.Step 1: Understand how Confirmed Opt-In worksWhen Confirmed Opt-In is enabled on a form: A supporter submits the form. They receive a Subscription Confirmation email asking them to verify their subscription. If they click the confirmation link, their status changes to Confirmed. Only then are they included in your email sends. If they don't click the link, they remain in a pending state and are excluded from marketing sends, even if their subscription status shows as Subscribed. Why use Confirmed Opt-In? Higher engagement — Confirmed subscribers explicitly chose to hear from you, making them more likely to o

Tip: when one of your replies is marked as the Best answer, you’ve clearly made a difference. 🏅 Product Pro (I to III): You’re one of our most

What is the ‘Best Answer’ feature? The ‘Best Answer’ feature highlights the most useful response in a discussion so members can find the solution quickly. When a reply is marked as the Best answer, it’s displayed prominently so it doesn’t get lost among other posts. Benefits Quick resolution: Find the most relevant solution without reading every reply. Clearer answers: Highlighted answers reduce confusion and improve the experience for everyone. Community trust: When trusted members and Bonterra team members mark answers, it builds confidence in the community. Recognition: Contributors who provide helpful answers get recognized, which encourages them to keep sharing.  Who can mark a Best answer? Original poster (OP): The person who asked the question can mark a reply as the Best answer. They’re best positioned to decide which answer resolved their issue. Community moderators: Moderators can also designate a Best answer to keep information accurate and useful.

OverviewData Integrity is a Que-powered Apricot skill that scans your forms for likely duplicate records. Instead of hunting for duplicates manually before each reporting cycle, the tool runs every night and surfaces flagged pairs in a dedicated view, grouped by form and ready for administrator review.Data Integrity is part of Que Intelligence. It appears in Que Manager as the Data Integrity Review skill. Here’s how it works. You choose which forms to scan. Each night, Que compares the records on those forms and flags pairs that are likely duplicates. Each flagged pair has a confidence level (High, Medium, or Low) and a short Que rationale that explains why the records were flagged. You decide what happens next: merge the pair, or mark it as not duplicates. Que never changes your records on its own.To get started, in the Apricot Administrator tab, open Record Manager from the left navigation menu, then select Data Integrity. In the Duplicate Detection table, select the forms you want sc

Good Morning, We woke up this morning to the new Import Interface, thankfully, the legacy interface is still available, but it has generated a great deal of anxiety on the future design of this feature. Needless to say, we are waiting with bated breath for the release notes and webinar. I wanted to pre-emptively emphasize the importance of the legacy Import feature’s functionality and the value it provides administrators. For us, loss of any of those legacy functions would be a huge negative impact to our maintenance operations. We need the import feature to continue to: Allow us to maintain static specs - we perform daily imports across a number of Apricot sites - we need to be able to quickly generate a specs document to our partners It helps to know field IDs, validation and data requirements when generating a spec - it is very easy to get this information when generating specs in the legacy interface.  We need to be able to revert imports if there were issues/errors.  It is very he

The enable Confirmed opt-in was used on a signup form, but the visibility of the email opt-in field was hidden. People submitting this form did not receive the triggered confirmation email. They are now marked as Sent-Not Confirmed. I am not able to change their status to pending on their contact record; the box is greyed out.Any idea how I can send these people an opt-in confirmation email? Re-submitting the corrected form doesn’t work.

Que is your always-on fundraising assistant, built directly into EveryAction. Natural Language Reporting lets you ask Que for a custom report, or an answer to a quick data question, in plain language, so you don't have to pull and stitch together multiple reports.Ask for the columns, filters, totals, and sorts you need. Que replies with a summary and a Preview, with the applied filters, summary statistics, and sample records, so you can check the results before you export. Whether you’re a fundraiser who needs a custom contributions report or a development staffer who needs a quick number, Que helps you spend your time on the answer instead of the mechanics.Getting Started with Natural Language Reporting in QueFor step-by-step instructions, check out How do I build a custom report with Que? Natural Language Reporting OverviewNatural Language Reporting is a Que skill that lets you build a custom report, or ask a one-off question about your data, in plain language. Instead of pulling and stitching together multiple reports, you describe what you want and Que builds it. You can ask for specific columns, filters, totals (such as minimum, maximum, average, first and last), sorts and group-bys. For example, you could ask, "Show me contributions over $1,000 paid by check this year, with check number and check date included." Que applies your filters, adds the columns you asked for plus useful defaults like contribution ID, and shows the filters it applied, summary statistics and sample records with your report. You can also use the same skill to get quick answers without building a formal report. Ask for the average, minimum or maximum gift size for a date range, or look up a specific detail, such as the middle name of the donor with the second largest contribution in 2024.To get

We are using Apricot.  We created a survey, published it and created a hyperlink to it for our clients to complete it on their phone or other device.  It works fine on iPhones.  But on Android phones, and some ipads, when users get to the end of the survey, the ‘Submit’ button is either partially or completely hidden below the users visible screen, so they cannot submit it.  Any advice?  is this a known problem?  Thank you

We’re targeting November to let employees sign up for volunteer events together as a named group with a Group Captain. Many of you told us volunteering is better with colleagues, but organizing a team meant separate private events and chasing groups by email. Now one event can hold groups and individual volunteers together, so no spots go unused. A captain can bring in colleagues, and you stay in control. What’s changing: Employees can sign up as a group on volunteer events. The captain adds colleagues, who are registered right away, or invites them to accept or decline. Admins can also create and manage groups from a new Groups tab in Organizer. Who it affects: Admins who run volunteer events, and the employees who join them. What it means for you: Teams volunteer together without workarounds. Captains manage their own groups. Timing: We’re targeting November. How do your teams volunteer together today, and what would make it easier?

You can now show your company’s impact goals and progress on the Deed Engage employee app home screen, built on the Impact Measurement tools you already use in Organizer.Impact Measurement is how Deed Engage turns volunteer activity into real-world outcomes like meals served, trees planted, or hours given. Until now, those totals have mostly lived with admins. We think employees do their best work when they can see what it adds up to, so we’re putting company goals in front of them. How it fits togetherImpact Units and Indicators: A unit is what you count (meals, trees, hours). An indicator is what you’re measuring (Meals Served). Impact on Events and Projects: Link an Event or Project to an indicator, then enter the realized value after it wraps, such as 250 meals served. That adds to the indicator’s total and counts toward any goal tracking it. Actions: Link an Action to an indicator and set an amount, such as 10 meals per completion. Every time an employee completes it, the total upd
