Hello, all! I’m currently trying to build a report that includes a graph that shows various assessment scores over time. Within the graph’s editing window, there is no option to have a date/time data field as a column. I found a slight workaround by placing the date field as the first column in the report, and it generates my desired graph:  However, if I add a second score field, it automatically un-converts the x-axis from the date field. I’m not sure if I’m missing something, or if this type of graph isn’t available in Apricot’s native reporting? Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thank you! :)

In as few or as many words as you’d like, how are you using Apricot? What are the pain points? What is working well. Does the product seem like it serves your agency well? Is it an exact match? Or are you making it work. Do you use the HMIS integration?Are you using the API? In what way.The API has fundamentally changed how my agency is using Apricot and addressed many of the pain points while opening up its own. I still can’t archive forms due to issues but being able to have staff enter multiple case notes at once for example has been revolutionary. I am unsure if there is any platform well suited for what we do at this point. And I am thankful we have this instead of Eccovia like our local HMIS provider uses. Housing Intakes is still a process we haven’t been able to determine a way to make Apricot work for us.

Hello!  I am in a unique situation where we have subscribers from multiple different countries, where we know the country but not their full address. I recently tried to use the bulk upload feature to add countries to the individuals where we know their country of residence but received an error message: Missing values in required field MailingCountryCode.  I am not sure which Mailing Country Code Every Action uses. Does anyone know if its the two-letter, three-letter or number code so we can update our data and have our contacts be able to be sorted by their country for emailing purposes?  Thank you!

(2 min read) You can manually add tickets to a contact record and tie in the associated contribution if you have circumstances where attendees are not able to use your form. This might happen, for example, if your attendee is paying for a Ticketed Event with cash or check or if they ask for a last-minute addition of a guest to their registration. Once you've manually added the information to the event, you'll be able to see it in your searches and event results reports. However, since your contacts are not using your Online Actions Event form, it will not update your event form totals or be included in any results for your forms.  Adding events and tickets to a contact record To add someone to an event, open their Events section from their contact details. Select Schedule for Events and then filter and find the event you want.   To add them to the event, select a Status (Invited, Scheduled, Confirmed, etc). Once you've clicked through to their record, add the event to their Upcoming Events or Past Events page section. Use Quick Mark to schedule several people, one at a time, for the same event. Bulk Upload:You can use the Bulk Upload Wizard to schedule groups of people for events at once. From a Script:You can add Calendar Events to Scripts so that people can be scheduled for events through canvassing or phonebank outreach. Data Entry Forms: You can use a Data Entry Form when creating new contact records and scheduling those contacts for an event at the same time. We’re setting up welcome series automations (and automations in general) in EveryAction for the first time, and every time I think I have the right search criteria and activist code naming conventions figured out, I realize a hang-up that could screw things up. The whole automation process has been stressing me out. So, what do your evergreen saved searches look like for your first time donor welcome series? What criteria are you using to ensure they’re not being targeted more than once, and to avoid hiccups in general? How are you handling removing activist codes that get auto-assigned, and what activist code naming conventions are you using? I’m basically at step 1 still.Thank you!

I scheduled a Contributions Report to run weekly and include all contributions added the prior week. The intention was to send this report to a specific group of people including non-users.The problem with the report is that it needs to be downloaded and not all users will have the ability to log into EveryAction. In our previous system, I used PowerAutomate to create an html table in the body of an email. The flow automatically retrieved the contributions based on the date added, updated the table and emailed it to the list. Can this be replicated in EveryAction using PowerAutomate?

'Engagement Points' allows you to track how engaged your supporters are with your organization and provides a quantifiable way to gain better insight into the success of your engagement efforts over time.Engagement Points are assigned based on your supporter's actions in Engagement Types such as contributions, form submissions, or event participation. You can use the system's default Engagement Types or create custom Engagement Types and decide how many points to assign for each action.
