Hi,I sent a tax email letter as well to my 2025 donors. The print version was correct, but the email has blanked contributions.How do I:1- See a copy of her email sent2-Where to go to troubleshoot this since the print version has the detail contributions.Any help is appreciated. Thanks 

Hi All - Curious if there are other organizations represented here that are primarily working with a Catholic audience?I’d love to connect and swap notes around things like how you handle religious prefixes and suffixes - and how you work around character limits, how you’ve organized tracking for nuns or priests within specific orders. We try to keep everything correct in the Formal Envelope Name field, but it would still be nice to use create-a-list to find all the “OFM Cap” suffixes for example.   

I need to be able to export all emails by contact record from EA.  I am able to export preferred (which is a duplicate of one of the following categories), personal, work, and other.  Many of our contacts have multiple personal emails associated with their contact record and I cannot find a way to export all of the emails.

Hello! We recently hosted an event that reached capacity, so we added a waitlist option by creating a $0.00 “Waitlist” ticket to manage additional interest. This event is one of our paid trainings with limited capacity.When someone is moved from the waitlist to the participant list, we ask them to submit their payment as a donation, since they already completed the full registration questions when joining the waitlist.​@jeff and I would be interested to hear how other organizations handle event waitlists and any tips or best practices you’re willing to share. The Bulk Upload Source Codes tool allows you to efficiently create new source codes in the system while uploading or editing transaction data. TLDR: We want to create a list of donors who haven’t received contact in a year, but we don’t want that list to include the spouses/partners of people who we have contacted. How do we filter contact status by household rather than by profile? We’d like to create a list (or pull a report) that would show us who hasn’t gotten personal contact in a year. The basic process seems to be Create a List > Contact Status > Exclude contacts based on relevant results in the past 12 months. That seems to work for individuals.  Here’s the tricky part: we contact financial households by the household, but only list it under one member (usually the primary donor). Ex: Alice and Mary give together, but Alice is our main donor. We address communications to “Alice and Mary,” but we record the contact on Alice’s profile since she’s primary. Now, when we pull the list of contact statuses, it tells us that Mary has not been contacted this year.  There’s no filter we’ve applied that will reliably pull

Custom Fields allow you to design your own special fields for contact records, contributions, and disbursements. They help solve tricky data storage issues when Activist Codes, Survey Questions, or other fields aren’t the right tools to record the information you need.   Uses for custom fields can include things like meal preference at an event, whether someone has signed a waiver, the date that members joined an organization, and employment status. Custom Fields are particularly useful when posed as Single-Response Questions on an Online Form for supporters to self-select their response. Once you’ve created these fields, you can then add your data and view them in your records, use them for searching, and add them to your reports. If you have a Development Pro package, you can also create Custom Calculated Fields, which will let you create customized comparisons of giving amounts over time or track the number of gifts donors are giving of specific kinds.   Understanding custom fields

I’ve set up an online donate form to send out notifications to honorees after an honor/memorial gift, and I tested it with a colleague’s email address, but it’s been 24 hours and I’m not seeing the email notification. Does anyone know how long after a donation those notifications are typically supposed to go out?
