I’ve been synching zoom webinars to EA events & online forms but have not figured out how to set up a form that honors a “no” rsvp. I want to be able to exclude no replies from further outreach so I had include “no” as an option on the EA form, but anyone who responds at all gets pushed to zoom and receives an email from zoom with the join info… which is confusing for people who have just said they can’t make it. I’ve since only allowed an “rsvp-yes” option to avoid that confusion, but then I can’t track who has seen the invite email and can’t make it (unless they respond to me directly). Am I missing something? Please help 😊 Thanks!

We’re working on cleaning up over 20k contact records and I was wondering if there was  a way to merge obvious duplicates in bulk to cut up the time it’ll take. Or is it really just the Find Duplicates tool (without the possibility of merging more than two contacts at a time)?

I use the activist codes type Email Interest to run several email lists.  On our unsubscribe page we allow people to edit their email preferences and they can add or opt-out of them email list. I want to create a list to see how many people have done that. There seems to be no one to search in “Build a list” of  people who have taken off an activist code. Does anyone know how to do this? 

Hello! I am writing this message a little out of desperation to see if I can get the attention of someone in Bonterra - because I’ve sent multiple requests to the Billing through Bonterra’s support portal (https://www.bonterratech.com/support), and have also emailed collections@bonterratech.com and responded to the emails we received and have not received a response from anyone through any of these methods in months. Last year, we received two separate invoices for the same service. We paid the first one which was for the correct amount, and explained to Bonterra that the second invoice was an error - since it was for the incorrect amount and we had already paid the annual subscription a few months prior. Someone from Bonterra emailed us and confirmed that the invoice was an error, and that on their end there was no past due amount. That it was a portal issue, and that they would work on fixing it. It’s been months and we are still receiving threatening emails that if we don’t pay in 1

I am using filters in Network for Good to segment donors into groups by giving level over the last 12 months. I am using “Total household donations over custom date range” and when the list is generated, only one member of the household shows up. Why don’t both members (if applicable) show up on the list? The filter states household donations, so wouldn’t that include the donations for the entire household? I am attempting to capture them as Giving Units and not individuals, since that is how they give, but the other individual is showing up with $0 donated in the same custom date range, even if they were grouped in the household and checked as a co-donor at the time the gift was recorded. Or is there a better way this information could be extracted?
