Creating an online page is the first - and one of the most important - steps in ensuring that your upcoming auction is easily accessible for donors. We've created a step-by-step guide below to walk you through how to create that first Auction page, so you can begin customizing the auction's details and adding in specific items for participants to bid on. Step 1: Make sure that you are in the Auctions tool within your softwareIn order to create your new Auctions page, you’ll first want to click on the “My Tools” button towards the top right corner of your screen in Donor Management, then select the option for “Auctions” from the drop-down menu.  When the page re-loads, you should now be able to see your Auctions Dashboard. This is the screen where you’ll be able to add and manage all your future auctions in one place! Step 2: Click on "Add Auction" Next, you’ll want to click on the option to “Add Auction,” towards the top of the screen.  Step 3: Enter the required details of your upcomi

(2 min read) You can manually add tickets to a contact record and tie in the associated contribution if you have circumstances where attendees are not able to use your form. This might happen, for example, if your attendee is paying for a Ticketed Event with cash or check or if they ask for a last-minute addition of a guest to their registration. Once you've manually added the information to the event, you'll be able to see it in your searches and event results reports. However, since your contacts are not using your Online Actions Event form, it will not update your event form totals or be included in any results for your forms.  Adding events and tickets to a contact record To add someone to an event, open their Events section from their contact details. Select Schedule for Events and then filter and find the event you want.   To add them to the event, select a Status (Invited, Scheduled, Confirmed, etc). Hi Support Team,I've created a ticket purchase acknowledgement template in Donor Management (Communications > Email Blasts > Templates) and set it as the default template. However, when someone purchases a ticket, the acknowledgement email is not sending automatically. I have to manually click the exclamation point next to each ticket purchase on the contact record and send the acknowledgement individually.My question: Is there a way to configure ticket purchase acknowledgements to send automatically immediately after someone buys a ticket, without requiring manual action from me? If so, what settings do I need to enable? This question is based through the Network for Good Database.I want ticket buyers to receive their confirmation email right away without me having to send each one manually.Thank you for your help!

Accessing the Document Folder Merge Tool  The Document Folder Merge Tool is an advanced feature in Apricot and must be turned on by the Customer Care team before it can be accessed. It does not require an additional fee, but organizations that want to use it must request that it be turned on by filling out a Customer Acknowledgement Intake Form. This secure web form must be submitted by an Administrator in order for the feature to be activated. To find out if you have access to the "Document Folder Merge Tool," open the "Administrator" tab. Select "Apricot Settings" under Workflow Station. Under the section "A La Carte Features," check to see that "Document Folder Merge Tool" has been enabled. Hello, all! I’m currently trying to build a report that includes a graph that shows various assessment scores over time. Within the graph’s editing window, there is no option to have a date/time data field as a column. I found a slight workaround by placing the date field as the first column in the report, and it generates my desired graph:  However, if I add a second score field, it automatically un-converts the x-axis from the date field. I’m not sure if I’m missing something, or if this type of graph isn’t available in Apricot’s native reporting? Make the Email Trigger VisibleThe best way to see if an email had sent or if there was an error is to make the email trigger visible on the form. This way, you can see exactly what was placed in the email without having to access the recipients email for proof. If, for some reason, it did not send this will also help notify you as you can verify the status.    Click the gear for the email trigger Uncheck the Hidden checkbox (it is default to be Hidden) Choose Apply   Email Trigger Statuses   This is the Email Trigger Status area. Hi! This help file mentions the metric “Spam Per Recipient.”However, I cannot find a field or column for spam complaint rate, or for the number of spam complaints, anywhere in Targeted Email or in the Email Performance Report.I recall there used to be a metric on the Targeted Email Dashboard showing the complaint rate for the last 30 days along with the other metrics there like open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe rates, plus the amount raised. But it’s not there anymore. Where did it go?

Hi! I’m troubleshooting an email deliverability question and noticed something weird about the results for my DKIM record. We setup DKIM in 2020 and haven’t changed it since then. But when I went to Targeted Email and clicked Settings, it said my DKIM record has 2 records missing and my DMARC is not passing the check.
