I created a volunteer form through Online Actions for people to request a service from us. I can see on my end that it is set up to send a copy of the confirmation email to two of our staff members, but after attempting multiple tests, it seems like the confirmation goes through to the client but not to us.

I’d like to remove “hard bounced” emails from our active donor profiles so that we’re not sending emails that bounce back straight away. *I’m sure there’s a lovely automation to do that for future emails, but right now I’m focused on ones already in the system, many of which exist as “Unsubscribed - Hard Bounce.”I haven’t found an export format or report that includes all emails on a profile and tells me whether or not they’ve soft or hard bounced - only the confirmation status. If there’s a format I haven’t found yet, please let me know! Otherwise, I’ve been going into CAL to pull a list of people who had a “bounced” result under the Targeted Email tab. But when I check their profiles, many of the emails are already removed.I know there’s an easier way to do this, so please let me know what others are doing!

My organization has about a dozen events each spring and fall that are the same format but have different dates, times, and locations. People sign up through ticketed event forms. We want to send email reminders to registrants prior to the event (preferably 10 days out and 2 days out) and are trying to figure out the most straightforward way to do this. I’ve found two routes that each have their own challenges:Creating a workflow automation that uses a saved search with event (narrowed to the parameters so we’re not getting other event registrants in this flow) start date 10 days out, which will trigger sending an email. We love the set-it-and-monitor-it format of this, but the (major) drawback is that it sends a generic email. In some cases, people are registering almost 2 months in advance, so having them dig back in their emails for event details is a big ask. Two questions - How do I reconnect Auto-reply to donations made? How do I figure out why/how it was deactivated?

The enable Confirmed opt-in was used on a signup form, but the visibility of the email opt-in field was hidden. People submitting this form did not receive the triggered confirmation email. They are now marked as Sent-Not Confirmed. I am not able to change their status to pending on their contact record; the box is greyed out.Any idea how I can send these people an opt-in confirmation email? Re-submitting the corrected form doesn’t work.

How do others work around the lack of option to offer discount codes in event registration?Do you just make a lot of different forms with different registration costs?

Question for non-Bonterra staff…. Has anyone had success resolving issues with accounting?Please respond with a direct message - I’d love to connect for advice. On a few occasions, we’ve had some major disconnect between our account manager (main advocate within Bonterra), and Bonterra’s accounting office. Seems to be a regular occurrence that we’re told things are resolved, and then need to be re-resolved. It’s been a major headache.If anyone has a success story - and some tips, I’m all ears. I would like to recognize long-term recurring donors in ways that go beyond the initial letter we send after the first contribution and the email receipts that come with each monthly contribution. Much like the Contribution Acknowledgement Report, I would ideally like to generate letters on EveryAction and add a record to each person who is sent a letter. I would like it to include details that are available in the Recurring Commitment Report, like:Amount Frequency Start Date Total Contributions Received to Date Plus all of the fields required for sending a letter (name, address, etc.)Ideally, it would be great to have a Mail Merge Template that works for this purpose, or a way to generate a report that could be paired with a Word document to do my own mail merge. We’re thinking of doing it to acknowledge contacts who have given above a certain cumulative threshold in recurring contributions, or who have given for a certain time period. Hello! Does anyone use a Wix website and embed EveryAction donation forms with Apple Pay as a payment method? If so, I’d love to hear how you accomplished it. We’ve been helping a client with this, and have run into a few challenges since Wix tends to prioritize embedding through iframes, which can mask some things. For example, previously we successfully found a way to get an Optimized Form button to work as an embed using Velo (it didn't work in the native Wix embed), but are now struggling with helping Apple Pay to recognize the verified domain file in the .well-known directory for the embedded form.If we need to, we have a web developer we can go back to, but am wondering if there’s any community wisdom someone could share first. Thanks in advance!

In fielding a request from one of our program teams, I realized that county information is available irregularly across the default reports - In my case, county information was not available in the “Online Form Custom Question Response.”Is is possible to request data fields be made available on particular reports? Or a good resource to understand what fields generally are available on what reports? For the time being, our program team got what they were looking for - I know we can do some “post-processing” in excel for an easy join, but ideally this would be a relatively self-serve report for the program teams. I appreciate any feedback from the community! 

When I add new events and use merge form language (reusables), sometimes the event is listed 3 hours later than intended. It doesn’t happen every time, but often. Using the same template - and where no changes to the reuseables - some events are the correct time, others are not.
