Welcome in! Here are five tips to help you get started.

1. Complete your profile

Members like to know who they’re talking with. A complete profile helps others understand your experience so they can answer your questions better.

To update your profile, select your photo in the top-right corner, choose My profile, and then select Edit profile. For step-by-step instructions, see [How to update your profile].

2. Don’t be afraid to ask questions

Forums can feel intimidating, but Bonterra Central exists to help you. Chances are someone else has the same question. If a reply is too technical or unclear, ask for clarification in the thread. That’s how others learn you need more help.

3. Search before you start a new topic

Your question may already have an answer. Use the search bar at the top of every page before you post. If you can’t find what you need, [create a new topic].

4. Include the details

The more context you share, the faster someone can help. Name the Bonterra product you’re using, describe the step where you’re stuck, and list what you’ve already tried. You can add images and videos to your post using the post editor.

Note: Bonterra Central is public. Don’t share private information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or login credentials.

5. Be patient and don’t spam

It can take time for the right person to see your question. Post each question once in the most relevant category. Duplicate posts will be removed, and repeat violators may lose posting privileges.

6. Read our community guidelines

Review the [community guidelines] before you post. If you have other questions, start a new topic and let us know.
