Hi All. Our organization is experiencing difficulty with email blast bounces to all of the Microsoft platforms (msn, outlook, hotmail, live) as well as random auto-unsubscribes that our constituents are not aware of. NFG refuses to help us. Are others experiencing these issues and if so, how are you resolving it?

I would like to know pros and cons of manually adding bidders to auction platform to control bidder numbers assigned, either by importing registered event guests or adding manually. Does this complicate capturing the payment method set up process? We prefer to have guests preregister their payment method before the event NOT at the event.
Hi, how do I remove the auction preview off the event site? We do not have it properly built out yet.
We received a check for $2,500. That is the “Silver” level of sponsorship for our upcoming fundraiser. Is this a sponsorship for our event or is this a check for donations received? Please let me know so my fiscal department can allocate it appropriately.

I invoiced a corporate sponsor on our event page, which created their sponsorship. The sponsor later went online and bought a sponsorship, creating a second active sponsorship for them. I know I cannot delete the one they purchased online, but how can I remove the one I manually entered that was only invoiced? Thanks!
In our database we currently use groups heavily to segment our contacts. We are now looking to transition to using custom fields. We have too many groups and custom fields makes more sense for the information we are tracking. This means that we need to update multiple contacts individual custom field information. I was curious if anyone knows of an easy way to do this in bulk instead of having to individually edit hundreds of contacts. Any help or advice if you have done something similar is appreciated!

We use Volunteer Opportunities to track volunteer service hours, but the current setup creates significant reporting challenges.Many of our volunteer opportunities are ongoing, recurring tasks rather than one-time events. However, the system requires every opportunity to have both a start and end date. To keep these ongoing opportunities available, we are forced to assign an arbitrary end date far in the future rather than creating a new opportunity every day.The larger issue arises when attempting to report on volunteer participation and hours.While reports can be filtered by a specific opportunity, the available reports do not provide detailed information such as:Individual volunteer service dates Hours logged for each volunteer Volunteer participation within a selected date range Volunteer skills associated with individual volunteers The ability to export all contacts associated with an opportunity for further analysis in ExcelAs a result, we must manually open each volunteer record
Within the Events Sponsors we need the ability to adjust/enter the qty. they would like to order for sponsorship.We are selling $5 Sponsorship Donations for our “Class Hole Sponsorship Competition” and the min. is $5 but we want our sponsors to click on it and be able to enter a qty. they wish to purchase (ie. Qty 10 = $50 Sponsorship). Currently it allows you to “Edit” but not actually enter the qty. you want to order.

Has anyone found a good workaround for entering offline auctions? The Auction process is cumbersome to say the least. I’d like to be able to just enter the auction purchase (item, purchase price, and value) in donor management but would like to categorize it as an auction vs. a donation. Ideas? Thanks!
When I look in my NFG database at a letter I sent it shows the current date instead of the date I sent it. Can that be fixed?
When adding a donation, there is a section “OPTIONAL DETAILS” “CAMPAIGN - Select an existing campaign”. Most of the campaigns listed under this drop down are no longer active and are not tied to our active campaigns, (we currently only have two). Is there a way to archive these campaigns so they no longer show on the drop down? TIA for your help!
