Welcome to the Bonterra Community — we're glad you're here!

If you're new to Network for Good, consider this your home base. It's not a help-desk queue, it's a place where thousands of nonprofit fundraisers like you ask questions, swap ideas, and figure things out together.

👀 What is this place, exactly?

The NFG Community is our peer network where you can connect directly with NPO professionals and with the Bonterra team to collaborate, share learnings, and inform your fundraising strategies. It's peer-powered and monitored by the Bonterra team, built for the people doing the real work of fundraising every day.

🗺 A quick map to get oriented

  • Community discussions: Ask a question, share a win, or see how other organizations solved a problem you're facing.

  • Bonterra Academy: Self-paced courses to build your NFG skills, at your own speed.

  • Office Hours: Live sessions with NFG experts when you want a real answer, in real time.

  • Bonterra Central: The hub connecting all of it, Community, Academy, Support, and more, all in one place.

💥 How to get the most out of it

Ask questions early and often - if you’re thinking it, someone else probably is too. Join a discussion that catches your eye, even if you're just reading along at first. The more you contribute to our community, the more valuable it becomes for you and everyone in it.

🔐 Setting up your account

Your community account uses your Bonterra login so there’s no separate credentials needed. Here's how to get set up in a few minutes:

1 | Log in to the Community

Click "Sign In." in the top right-hand corner with your existing Bonterra credentials.

2 | Set your username

Choose a username and fill in your first name, last name, and organization. Click Save and your account is created.

3 | Personalize your profile

Add a profile photo, job title, and any other details you'd like the community to see. A complete profile helps other members connect with you.
