There is a duplicate ticket purchase but only money for one of the purchases - how can this be fixed?

When our organization gets a notification of a gift we receive an email with the subject line: You have just received a new donation to General Giving. The email is sent to and admin@ email however the email greeting name a former staff member. How do I edit the name of the person for whom the email is addressed to? The actual email address is fine however the body and heading of the email mentions a staff member who is no longer on the team. Please advise.

Is there a way to turn off or hide event sponsors on an event page like you can with the individual donor roll?  Or is there an option to hide what sponsorship package they chose?  On the other side, is there a way to add logos of sponsors they may offer sponsorships in other ways that are not available for purchase on our event page?  We either want to be able to show everyone or no one, if that makes sense.

I cannot advance the donation pages.  I can only see page 1.  The arrows at the bottom do not advance. Please advise.

Is there a way to track which user enters information or makes changes to information within NFG.  I need to be able to track that so if there is a mistake I can follow up with the person who made the incorrect entry.

On October 1st, we're making a change to how your community is organized to make life a little easier!Your two existing forums are merging into one: the Network for Good Community. Every post and conversation from both forums is moving over, so nothing you've contributed will be lost. The goal is to build one place for all your questions, discussions, and peer conversations, so it's easier to find what you need and connect with the people who get what you do.What's coming after that:We're also building out dedicated groups for specific industries and regions — think higher education, healthcare, animal welfare, and city-specific groups like NYC and Twin Cities — so you can connect with peers who understand your work and your environment. We'll share more details on groups as they roll out. In the meantime, we'd love to hear what industries or locations you'd like to see? Let us know in the comments!

Hello. Is there any way to hide the number of tickets remaining on Campaign Event pages?

We have several board members who have moved on but are still getting emails from network for good when a donors’ monthly payment lapses. I know exactly who it is, as the noreply@networkforgood.com had them all CC’d on the email. They are all already listed as diabled in my network for good portal account, but not all of them were even registered in there, which is weird? Where else do I need to check for this? How can we make sure they don’t get these notifications anymore? Is this something we can fix? Can we do something else? Thanks!

We are looking for 75 more Network for Good customers to help be beta testers for Grants Management. If you’re interested, request to join this group and we’ll get you more details: https://community.bonterratech.com/groups/nfg-grants-management-beta-tester-group-356

I am getting an error message when trying to donate to a campaign saying at this time my organization is not receiving donations

My organization can’t access our main DonateNow page, as it is not showing up in any of our admin’s accounts. I can see all of our other pages, except for this one. We need to change a lot of the information on it soon, as our address and other key information has changed. Any suggestions for accessing this donation page?

How do amounts paid in excess of FMV get reported in NFG as donations? Do these have to entered manually or are theytransferred automatically from the Event to the person’s donation.  Example, person purchases a table for the Gala for $850.  The FMV is $560.  How does the remaining $290 get credited as a donation?

I have a KPI for number of donor meetings. How can I run a filter on interactions of meetings, phone call ect.

I am unable to input any volunteer hours for 2026.

Hi! Is there a way/feature on here that can add picture copies of our donors' checks to their accounts for future referencing? As far as I know, this isn’t a feature yet but I’m curious to hear if there’s workarounds, etc.

If a donor donates $50 and pays the NFG fees, do you record that donation as $50, or as $50 plus the fees, i.e. $52.15?

Hi there! So weekly I do what I call ‘balancing the books’ and part of that is pulling the check and cash donation info from the most current week through the Giving tab on NFG. I typically put in a few filters to get the exact data I need: payment date is greater than or equal to last Saturday(‘s date), payment type equal check, payment type equals cash. Now for some reason when I do those three filters together, nothing shows up. It says nothing exists within those parameters. Instead I have to replace the ‘payment equals’ with ‘payment does not equal.’ So now my filters are: payment date is greater than or equal to last Saturday(‘s date), payment does not equal direct, payment does not equal in-kind, payment does not equal credit card, etc.Is there a reason it’s glitching like this for me or a work around besides just pulling them separately and combining the sheets? Thanks in advance!

My email notification for events has stopped.  I am trying to figure out what happened and see if I can start to receive those again.

When trying to create.a filter with Custom Date, the calendar popup starts at 1-1-1900, and there is no way to directly enter the date desired. It takes several minutes to go through almost 1500 months to get to something in 2026. Is there something I am missing here like some way to directly key in the desired date?

Hello.Has anyone use Network for Good’s forms feature to create a donor survey? If you have, was it easy to use and helpful with connecting/engaging donors?

Hi Support Team,I've created a ticket purchase acknowledgement template in Donor Management (Communications > Email Blasts > Templates) and set it as the default template. However, when someone purchases a ticket, the acknowledgement email is not sending automatically. I have to manually click the exclamation point next to each ticket purchase on the contact record and send the acknowledgement individually. My question: Is there a way to configure ticket purchase acknowledgements to send automatically immediately after someone buys a ticket, without requiring manual action from me? If so, what settings do I need to enable? This question is based through the Network for Good Database.I want ticket buyers to receive their confirmation email right away without me having to send each one manually.Thank you for your help!

I’m enrolling my nonprofit in Walmart Spark Good Round Up. Walmart says my organization is eligible and directs me to Network for Good to set up electronic payments. When I enter my EIN to register, Network for Good says the EIN is incorrect or not found in the database. I have my IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter. I need help getting my organization recognized so I can complete my Walmart Spark Good Round Up payment setup.”
