Smart Forms and Embed Codes

Hi,

We are in the process of transitioning to a new NUCDF website and would like to use the Network for Good Smart Giving Form to accept donations directly through our site.

Could you please let us know if an embed code is available for the Smart Giving Form and, if so, how we can access it? We would also appreciate any guidance or instructions for integrating the form into our new website.

    Once you’re set up, click Share and the embed code will appear—you can copy that straight to your website.
