I've submitted a bank letter exactly as instructed. Yet I was declined for a second time. It says because I'm not the right person in my organization. How do you know?  "We will typically grant primary administrative/ownership access to a representative of an organization/school that handles ALL aspects of charitable giving/monetary donations, including confirming matching gifts, managing donor recognition or reconciling payments made to the overall organization. They would also oversee any users into the Nonprofit Hub and manage the master profile including banking/ACH details." I am literally this person. I manage our Benevity and all fundraising for our tiny elementary school PTA and I am just trying to get the $100 matching donation so it can go towards some books at our school. This is quite frustrating. I am listed as the executive VP and as a bank signer in the letter you required. Further, why can't I talk to somebody about this? I did not get approved because I need one of these - Canceled Check Image, Bank Letter or a completed bank Deposit Slip. I do not use checks or deposit slip.  What does the letter need to say?  Does a bank statement work?

Good morning, I am having the hardest time setting my account up as the  president have tried several times to upload the documents necessary to upload for submission, He keeps getting a denial so fast so we know a person cant be reviewing the documents, What can be done since there is no phone number or chat option avail to speak with a agent. 

I am looking for advice on how to use Bonterra to raise donations for my nonprofit, FLORENCE ON THE STREETS FOUNDATION (FOS) INC.Our organization provides weekly Sunday meals, drinks, hygiene kits, clothing, and other essential items to people experiencing homelessness in Baltimore City.I would like to learn the best way to create a fundraising campaign or donation page through Bonterra and share it with supporters so we can raise money to purchase food and supplies for our weekly outreach.What tools or features in Bonterra would you recommend for this type of fundraising?Thank you for any advice or suggestions!

I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask questions, but I don’t see another way to ask for support. We are in the process of submitting a sponsorship request to the Bank of America. Their form requires us to create a profile in the Nonprofit Hub. I have tried twice and confirm that I am the person that oversees all of our fundraising activities but the submission has been reject both times. Can you please advise what might be the issue? 

I was hoping to start applying for grants this week. I need access to my organization and my status is still under review. I requested access days ago. Can someone let me know how long this will take or who I need to reach out to so i can get access to the grant applications for our university?

Need help setting up ACH/Electronic Banking to access matching gifts from various businesses assisted by Bonterra Nonprofit Hub.  I am not very tech savvy so assistance and/or instructions need to be very specific and simple so I can get this done.  Thank you!

Hi everyone,I'm reviewing how we organize and report on campaign data across different teams and wanted to learn how others are handling this in Bonterra.At the moment, each department has slightly different naming and reporting practices. Hi everyone,I'm currently working with Bonterra’s platform and running into an issue while trying to export engagement and donation reports for our campaigns.We rely heavily on reporting data to track donor activity, but recently I’ve noticed some inconsistencies when exporting files.Current setup:Bonterra CRM used for donor management Multiple active fundraising campaigns Regular email outreach and event tracking Reports exported in CSV/PDF formatIssue:Some reports fail to generate fully Exported files occasionally show missing fields Downloaded reports sometimes differ from on-screen data Export process takes longer than expected during peak usageTo test the behavior, I also tried a repeated export labeled internally as geometry dash apk to compare consistency across different report types and time ranges.Questions:What are the common reasons for incomplete report exports?
