Approval

I've submitted a bank letter exactly as instructed. Yet I was declined for a second time. It says because I'm not the right person in my organization. How do you know? 

"We will typically grant primary administrative/ownership access to a representative of an organization/school that handles ALL aspects of charitable giving/monetary donations, including confirming matching gifts, managing donor recognition or reconciling payments made to the overall organization. They would also oversee any users into the Nonprofit Hub and manage the master profile including banking/ACH details."

I am literally this person. I manage our Benevity and all fundraising for our tiny elementary school PTA and I am just trying to get the $100 matching donation so it can go towards some books at our school. This is quite frustrating. I am listed as the executive VP and as a bank signer in the letter you required. Further, why can't I talk to somebody about this? Hopefully someone listens because I can't find a phone number and all the rejection emails come from a no-reply email.
