How do I export a Que report?
Step 1: Build your report
Ask Que for the report you want. See How do I build a custom report with Que?
Step 2: Choose an export format
Select Export Report from the Que chat, then choose your export file type: CSV or TSV.
Step 3: Wait for your file
Que starts an export job. Generation time scales with report size: small reports finish almost instantly, while large ones can take several minutes.
Step 4: Download your file
-
When your report is ready, select View My Export Files.
-
On the My Export Files page, find your report by the date and time it was created.
-
In the Download Link column, select Download File.
-
A copy of your report downloads to your computer.
Step 5: Open your file
Open the downloaded file in your spreadsheet program to view and work with your data.
Good to know
-
Que shows a preview of your report, not the full report. To see all of your data, export it.
-
CSV and TSV files open in Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
-
Each report you export is saved under My Export Files with the date and time it was created.
