✏️ How to start a new topic
Before you post, search the community. Your question may already have an answer.

Find the right place for your topic
Select the category and board that match your question. Then select Create topic next to your profile picture.

Choose whether your topic is a question or a conversation
A conversation is a general discussion. If you mark your topic as a question, you can select a reply as the Best answer. This helps others with the same question find the solution faster. To learn more, see [The ‘Best Answer’ feature: benefits and how it works]. -
Create a title
Write a short, descriptive title that summarizes your topic. Include the name of the Bonterra product or service, if applicable. Members can then see quickly whether they can help. -
Describe your topic
Share as much detail as you can: what you’re trying to do, what happened, and where you got stuck. Don’t include private information such as email addresses or phone numbers. Everything in a public topic is visible to all members.

Add tags
Add keyword tags that describe your topic. Tags help other members find it faster.
