🌟 Community ranks: Climb the ladder as you contribute

Ready to make your mark? Ranks are a ladder you climb through participation in Bonterra Central. They’re a badge of honor for members who contribute, and they help everyone quickly see who the true experts are.

 

How ranks work

You move up as you join and take part in the community. We’ll send you a private message when you reach a new rank, so you’ll always know when you’ve made progress. You can see your current rank on your profile.

Here’s what each rank means:

  • 🌱 First Timer: Everyone starts here. You’ve joined the community and may have visited a few times, but you haven’t created a topic or reply yet.

  • 🔎 Explorer: You’ve started contributing by creating a topic or a reply.

  • ⭐ Rising Star (I to III): You’re actively sharing content and building your presence in the community.

  • 🤝 Active Advisor (I to III): You’re helping other members. Tip: when one of your replies is marked as the Best answer, you’ve clearly made a difference.

  • 🏅 Product Pro (I to III): You’re one of our most active and helpful members over an extended period. A reply from a Product Pro means you’re getting advice from one of our most knowledgeable members.

  • 👑 Community Champion: This is our top tier. Community Champions have contributed consistently and helped members get the most out of Bonterra Central.

 

Want to level up? Answer questions, share what you’ve learned, and mark helpful replies as Best answers when you ask your own questions.
