Optimized Contribution Form 

We’re rolling out a brand-new Optimized Contribution Form to help you fundraise faster and more effectively. This new UI makes it simple to create and publish donation forms that are mobile-ready, donor-friendly, and optimized for conversions. 

 

 

Key highlights: 

  • Streamlined Form Builder with best-practice defaults and a preview option 

  • Enhanced Donor Experience with mobile-optimized layouts and expanded payment options (Credit Card, ACH/EFT, Stripe Link, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay) 

  • Automatic Confirmation Emails/Receipts 

  • Branding & Tracking support with basic customization and comprehensive Source Code/Activist Code tracking 

Additional notes: 

  • Works with your existing forms 

  • FastAction and fraud prevention are enabled by default 

  • Currently supports USD currency only 

  • Not compatible with political Bundler functionality 

 

(New!) Optimized Ask with Apply Left to Give  

We’re also enhancing Optimized Ask with a new Apply Left to Give feature. This upgrade helps ensure donors never see contribution requests that exceed their legal limits. 

Here’s how it works: 

  • Ask amounts are generated based on a donor’s history 

  • Apply Left to Give automatically removes any amounts that would exceed contribution caps 

  • A new ‘Left to Give’ merge field is available for customized, donor-specific messaging 

Benefits include: 

  • More dollars raised (Optimized Ask has driven a 347% increase in dollars per page load) 

  • Built-in compliance support 

  • Personalized outreach opportunities 

 

Bulk Clear Custom Field Values 

Managing custom fields just got easier. You can now clear custom field data in bulk using the Bulk Upload tool. Simply upload a file with the word CLEAR in the relevant custom field columns, and the system will remove those values across multiple records at once.
