Validating your SPF record

After entering your sending domain (yourorganizationdomain.org) into the first field, you should see "include:_spfprod.ngpvan.com" in the spf return value with a resulting value of:
"evaluating... SPF record passed validation test..."
If you see both of those values then your SPF is set-up correctly!
If you have any problems, check the SPF steps on How to: Configure my DKIM or SPF for email deliverability. You should also reach out to your DNS provider, or whoever manages your domain, for additional assistance.
Validating your DKIM record

Enter your domain (yourorganizationdomain.org) and a selector value of "ngpweb3". You should see a result back matching the below screenshot. If a single character is missing, that could be the source of the problem. If there is no result, that means there is no DKIM record published.
