What is Bonterra Central?

• It’s a consolidated resource site to help Bonterra customers access all our resources in one location and engage with other customers in a customer community forum. 
• This site featuers a consolidated search that will allow EveryAction users to search all our resources (Knowledge Base, Trainings, Product Updates, Customer Community Posts, and Webinar Events) in one location. 

I’m an EveryAction customer, where can I access the community? 

• Coming later in Q4 we will be formally launch the EveryAction Customer Community
• We are currently in beta and will let all customers know when the community is open for all EveryAction customers to participate.
• This will be a place to ask product questions, get advice and share your ideas and best practices with other users. 

For all other Bonterra Customers...

• We will be building out a section of Bonterra Central for all of our other products in the future.
• Keep an eye on product update annoucements in the newsletter for more information on when Network for Good, Apricot, CyberGrants and more will have a home here in Bonterra Central.
• Until then, all other Bonterra customers should continue to access your knowledge bases, trainings and webinar events in their current locations.
