How do I prepare forms for international supporters?

You can customize your forms to align with international data standards and improve compatibility for global users. 

Step 1: Enable international phone and address formatting 

• Add the Country field to your form and make it required.
• Once enabled, phone numbers and addresses submitted by supporters will be formatted internationally.

Step 2: Create forms in other languages 

• First, adjust this in the Online Actions dashboard. Access the dashboard, click Settings, click Languages, and select the preferred language.
• Then, on the Basics step of the form setup, select a language from the dropdown. 
• Finalize and publish the translated form.

Step 3: Use international date formats 

• Add a merge field to control how the date displays based on regional formatting.
• Preview your form to confirm the formatting appears correct for supporters.
