Overview
Data Entry Forms control which fields appear when entering data in Form View, Grid View, or Script View.
Step 1: Open Forms

From the EveryAction Home page → Data Entry → Forms

If your menu looks different, use Search for a page to find Forms.
Step 2: Create a new form

Select Add New Form.

Enter a Name, Description, and Use Option.

Select Save.
Step 3: Add fields to the form

Select fields from the Form Fields Toolbox (left column).

Choose field attributes.

Select Add Elements to Form.
Step 4: Adjust and save

Select Show Toolbox to add more fields

Drag fields to the bottom to remove them

Use Add Row or Delete Last Row to resize

Select Save when finished.
