We use EA to track our Fundraiser’s success. Each Fundraiser is an Assigned Staff member. We use that to track how much a Fundraiser has raised.
So if I have a Contact that is “owned” by an Assigned Staff member and then another staff member solicits a donation from that “owned” contact, how do I assign that specific contribution to the second Fundraiser (assigned staff)? I want that contribution to be credited to the second Assigned Staff member but want the contact as a whole to stay with the original Assigned Staff member.
Same question just from s different angle. If I have an unassigned Contact who has given $10,000 this year, and in November, a Fundraiser solicits a $1000 donation, how do I Assign that Contact to an Assigned staff with out having the $10,000 that was historically raised attributed to that Assigned Staff member?
