How do I edit the financial household export and reporting fields related to names? It seems to be automatically generated, but there have been some glaring errors that we’d like to manually edit and avoid.
I exported a list of donors with the field “Financial Household Salutation Informal,” and one of those names includes a deceased household member. Yikes! He’s marked as deceased in EA, and his living wife’s info had been edited to include only her name in the “Name” section of her profile. So why is his name auto populating if EA knows he’s deceased?
My priorities for solving this are:
- Find a way to manually edit FH names via a hidden field somewhere.
- Understand where those auto generated names are populating from. That includes the various related fields for formal, informal, salutation, name, etc.
It’s not an option for us to close a financial household after one member is deceased due to accounting purposes.
