Tax Letter blank copy of contribution summary

Hi,

I sent a tax email letter as well to my 2025 donors. The print version was correct, but the email has blanked contributions.

How do I:
1- See a copy of her email sent
2-Where to go to troubleshoot this since the print version has the detail contributions.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
