I’m ready to jump into Bonterra, what do I do next?

I lost my intro email with contact information. What do I do?
- First, search for an email titled “Welcome to Bonterra”.
- If you can’t find it, reach out to your sales representative to ask for your Project Manager’s contact info.
What can my team and I do now to prepare for the first few weeks of our implementation?
- Choose your project participants. We recommend no more than 2-3 people for maximum efficiency.
- Block your schedule. You should expect to spend roughly 5 hours per week on this project throughout the timeline, including a weekly one-hour meeting with our project team and off-call assignments.
- Prepare your requirements. If you already know which forms you want built, document the detailed requirements for each form. Do the same for any report and segmentation requirements.
