Step 1: Check common issues 

If Apple Pay is not showing up on your form, check these common issues: 

  1. Form hosting: Confirm your form is hosted on a verified domain or vanity URL, not on secure.everyaction.com - only applies to Paragon users 

  1. Domain verification: Ensure all domains have been properly verified with Apple. 

  1. Gateway configuration: Verify that Apple Pay is enabled on your payment gateway. 

  1. Form settings: Check that you've selected the correct payment gateway on your form. 

Step 2: Verify device compatibility 

Apple Pay will only display on: 

  1. iPhones, iPads, or Macs with Touch ID/Face ID. 

  1. Devices using Safari browser. 

  1. Devices with Apple Pay set up with a valid payment method. 

Step 3: Contact support if needed 

If you've checked all the above and still experiencing issues: 

  1. Contact EA-Help@bonterratech.com with details about your setup. 

  1. Include information about which domains you're using and which steps you've completed. 

  1. Specify whether you're using Bonterra Payments or Paragon.
