Once the QuickBooks Disbursements Integration is set up, you can manage specific details about your connected QuickBooks Online accounts. You can easily view and edit mapping selections in the Manage payment accounts section of the integration.

Accounts in the integration are organized according to their mapped status. There are three categories for your QuickBooks Online accounts:

Mapped accounts: These accounts have been mapped and are ready to use for the transaction import process.

Unmapped accounts: These accounts were selected during the set up process but were not mapped. Accounts that were initially mapped but then unmapped later are also found here.

Not selected accounts: These accounts were not selected from your Chart of Accounts during the set up process, but can be selected and mapped later if desired.
You can change or add new mappings to an already mapped account by selecting the Edit account mapping option.
Step 1: Access your QuickBooks Disbursements Integration
Click "…" for the account you want to edit.
Step 2: Edit your payment account mapping
Click 'Edit payment account mapping' and make any necessary changes.
Going forward, if mapping is edited or added to an account, these new inputs will apply to all imported transactions from that account. It will not retroactively apply to previously imported transactions from this account.
