The QuickBooks Disbursements Integration allows you to import transactions within a specified date range from your QuickBooks Online account into EveryAction for disclosure reporting. After importing, you can easily review and modify these newly created disbursements to streamline your campaign workflows.
Note: This integration only brings disbursements and debts from QuickBooks Online into EveryAction. You cannot export items directly into your QuickBooks Online account.
Before You Begin
Before starting an import, check the following:

Your accounts are properly mapped - To import transactions, you must first add mapping details to specific accounts. This mapping allows the system to apply correct disclosure information to imported disbursements.

Required QuickBooks fields are completed - Make sure these fields are filled out for each transaction in QuickBooks Online:
- Payment Account
- Payee/Vendor
- Date
- Amount

Customer field is properly set - If you authorized the integration to create Customer records in QuickBooks, select the applicable Compliance sub-customer in the Customer field to properly categorize transactions during import.
Step 1: Access the QuickBooks Disbursements Integration
From your Main Menu, click on the Administrative Menu tile. Then, select Integrations to locate the QuickBooks Disbursements Integration.
Step 2: Start the Import Process
Navigate to the Import Transactions section and select the mapped account(s) you want to import transactions from. Here, you can view a list of available mapped accounts that are ready for import.
Step 3: Set Import Parameters
Next, specify the date range for transactions you want to import. The system will search for transactions that occurred within your selected date range. Click the Import button to begin the process.
Step 4: Review Import Results
Once the import completes, you will find a summary of imported transactions. The system will display how many transactions were successfully imported, and any errors or issues will be highlighted for your attention.
Step 5: Verify Imported Transactions
To review imported disbursements, click QuickBooks Disbursements Reconciliation Report in the Status tile. To review imported debts, click QuickBooks Debts Reconciliation Report. These reports show all transactions with QuickBooks Online external IDs that have not been updated since import.
