Settlement status shows whether funds from a transaction have been received in your bank account. Monitoring this status helps ensure all expected donations are properly processed.
Step 1: Access contribution records

Navigate to the contact's record

Click the Contributions tab

Locate the contribution you want to check

The Settlement Status field shows the current status
Step 2: Understand different status types

Pending: Transaction is processing but funds haven't transferred yet

Settled: Transaction is complete and funds have been received

Failed: Transaction was not completed successfully

Refunded: Transaction has been reversed and money returned to donor
Step 3: View detailed settlement information

Click on the contribution to open the full record

Look for the Settlement section

Check the Settlement Date field for when funds were received

Review any Settlement Batch information if applicable
