I added the event to a contact record, but the contact is not appearing in the Event Participant Report.
It's likely that while the contact record is associated with the event, the ticket hasn't been added to the contact record. To complete this step, go to the Events section on the contact record, click the Action menu (three dots) to the right of the event information, and then select Manage Tickets. Click Add New Ticket and fill out the person's name and select the appropriate ticket option in the dropdown. After you Save, that person will appear in the Event Participant Report.
Why are none of the guests appearing in the Event Participant Report?
The Event Participant Report displays contact records in the database that have purchased/selected a ticket. It does not display guest names. For a full guest list, select Guest List in the Participant Actions dropdown on the event details page.
How do I delete an event?

Open the event, and click Edit Goals and Tickets in the Event Summary section.
