The Weebly Integration makes it easy to build a mobile-ready polished website and then post your Online Actions forms directly to your site.
To help you launch your site, follow this checklist of must-do items:
Logging in the first time
- Contact your account executive to ask them to add Weebly to your package
- Submit the kickoff form so we know you are ready for us to set up your user account and website builder
- After you receive the email invite, create a new username and password for your Weebly account (do not use the same username and password you use to log into your database)
- Visit the login page at https://accelerator.weeblycloud.com
Customizing your site
- Pick a template and customize your site according to your needs
- Customize your main forms.html page headers and footers but make sure you DO NOT EDIT THE CUSTOM HTML BLOCK in the middle of the page. This is where your integration will connect to your Online Actions forms.
- Add any other dedicated forms pages you want and use the embed code from your Online Actions form for that page
- Publish your site

Launching your site
- Purchase a custom domain name, if needed, from a provider like NameCheap, Google Domains, GoDaddy, etc
- Open the Settings tab from your Weebly site, and click on Enable SSL. You will see the DNS information for your site, which includes two A records you will want to add to your domain name settings.
- Open the domain settings from your domain name provider and add the addresses you got from the A records on your Weebly site.
- Return to the Weebly site and click Enable SSL again. This will launch the HTTPS (secure) version of your site.
- Contact our Support team to let them know your site is live. We will send you an email once we’ve updated your Online Actions settings to begin publishing forms to your site directly.
- Republish any of your Online Actions forms that you want to use with the new site.

What if I forgot my password?
Click the “Forgot Password” link in the bottom right of the login screen at https://accelerator.weeblycloud.com/ If that’s not working, contact our support team for further assistance and we can reset it for you.
