Understanding Credit Use with Bonterra Que
Overview
Bonterra Que is your AI-powered fundraising assistant embedded directly into EveryAction.
Starting February 1, 2026, Que's features, including personalized coaching, donor segmentation, form creation, and email creation, will move to a credit-based model for all users who have not upgraded to the Que Intelligence package.
This article explains what types of actions consume credits and what high-value usage looks like. Que’s goal is to help you raise more with less effort, while keeping you in control of your time, budget, and outcomes.
Important: All users will continue to have access to Que through their existing platform, and all interactions consume credits. Credits reset monthly and are measured per user, giving each team member their own usage allowance.
What are credits in Que?
Credits are how usage of Que is measured. Each user receives a set amount of credits each month, which are applied when a Que skill completes work for you, such as creating a donor segment or drafting outreach. You can see how many credits you have remaining and when they reset with EveryAction. Credits do not roll over, but they reset at the beginning of each month. If you use all of your credits for the month, you can continue using Que when credits reset the following month, or upgrade to the Que Intelligence for full access.
