Reusables are pre-designed content snippets that can be used across multiple forms, saving time and ensuring consistency in your communications.
Step 1: Access Reusables in Online Actions

Open Online Actions from your EveryAction menu

Click on "Settings" in the top navigation

Select "Reusables" from the dropdown menu

You'll see a list of existing reusable content or an option to create new ones
Step 2: Create a new Reusable

Click "Create New Reusable"

Enter a name for your reusable content

Add a description to help others understand what this content is for

Click "Create" to begin building your reusable content
Step 3: Build your Reusable content

Use the editor to create your content

Add text, images, and formatting as needed

You can include HTML if you need more advanced formatting

Consider creating reusables for:

Headers and footers
-
Standard disclaimers or legal text
-
Branded buttons or call-to-action elements
-
Social media sharing sections
Step 4: Save and manage your Reusable

Click "Save" when your content is complete

You can view version history by clicking "View History"

See where your reusable is being used by clicking "View Usage"

Edit the reusable at any time by selecting it from the list and clicking "Edit"
Step 5: Use Reusables in your forms

Create or edit an Online Actions form

On the Build Page step, place your cursor where you want to insert the reusable

Click the "Reusables" button in the editor toolbar

Select your reusable from the list

The content will be inserted into your form
-
When you update the reusable, all forms using it will automatically update
