The Design step in Online Actions forms allows you to create forms consistent with your organization's branding without needing technical skills.
Step 1: Access the Design step

Create a new form or edit an existing one in Online Actions

Complete the Basics and Build Page steps

Click "Next" or select "Design" from the progress bar at the top

You'll now be in the Design interface where you can customize your form's appearance
Step 2: Prepare your branding elements

Before making changes, have your organization's brand assets ready:

Hex color codes for your brand colors

Font preferences (from the available options)
-
Logo and other image files
This ensures consistency with your other communications
Step 3: Customize your form's appearance

Select your preferred font from the dropdown menu

Choose colors for form elements:

Header background color
-
Body background color
-
Button color
-
Text colors
-
Upload your logo or other images as needed

Preview changes in real-time on the right side of the screen
Step 4: Adjust mobile display settings

Click the mobile device icon in the preview pane

Review how your form will appear on mobile devices

Adjust to ensure good mobile experience

Toggle back to desktop view to continue editing
Step 5: Save and apply your design

Click "Save" to store your design changes

Click "Next" to proceed to the Confirmation step

Complete the form setup and publish to make your designed form live

Your custom design will now be applied to your published form
