Overview
Survey Question responses can be reviewed through reporting tools to analyze supporter feedback and outreach results.
Step 1: Open the Survey Question Summary View

Start from the EveryAction Home page.

Navigate using the left menu and click Reporting > Report Manager. Or use the Search for a page field and type Report Manager.

Select Canvass Results to access the Survey Question Summary View.
Step 2: Find Survey Response Reports

Use the Sidebar search to locate your Survey Response Report.
Important reporting notes

Survey Question responses are written to a record’s Contact History.

Entering Survey Question responses that were not collected through direct communication can cause Canvass Results and other reports to become inaccurate.

Survey responses generally cannot be removed unless all required conditions are met, including timing, committee, and input method restrictions.
