Overview 

 

Survey Questions can be used as criteria when building lists. This allows you to target people or organizations based on how they answered a specific question.  

 

Step 1: Open Create a List 

 

  • Start from the EveryAction Home page. 

  • Navigate using the left menu and click Contacts Create a List.  Or use the Search for a page field and type Create a List

 

Step 2: Select Survey Question criteria 

 

  • In Create a List, find the Survey Questions section. 

  • Select a Survey Question from the dropdown. 

  • Choose the response or responses you want to include.  

 

Step 3: Include archived questions (optional) 

 

  • Select Show Archived to display archived Survey Questions. 

  • Archived questions do not appear in current efforts, but their responses can still be used for strategy and planning.
