Overview
Contact Follow Ups help you track when supporters need outreach and ensure next steps are completed on time. They allow you to assign tasks, set up due dates, and record outcomes for individual contacts or action plans.
Once a Follow Up is scheduled, reminders for upcoming or past-due items appear each time you log in, helping you stay organized and responsive. Follow Ups can be managed from contact records, your home screen, or the Follow Ups Report.
