Cross-Committee Access Overview 

 

Cross-committee access allows users to view donor records, contributions, and recurring commitments across multiple committees that share data—without manually switching systems. 

This feature is designed for donor services and call center staff who need fast access to complete giving histories. 

 

Feature Details 

 

Cross-committee access is only available when: 

  • Multiple committees share data 

  • The contact exists in more than one committee 

  • You have login access to those committees 

Data visibility depends entirely on user permissions. 

 

Feature Navigation 

 

Cross-committee links appear directly on the Contact Record when all requirements are met.
