Once enabled, DonorDrive activity appears across Reports, Contacts, Campaigns, and Events in EveryAction. 

 

Step 1: Run your reports 

 

Use Contribution Reports and Event Participant Reports to review DonorDrive giving and participation data. 

 

Step 2: Apply the right filters 

 

Filter reports by Campaign, Event Type, Source Code, Activist Code, Team, Financial Batch, or GL Fund to view peer-to-peer fundraising activities. 

 

Step 3: Review supporter history on Contacts 

Open a Contact to see: 

  • DonorDrive event participation under the Events section (with role) 
  • DonorDrive contributions in Contribution panels (including recurring donations) 
  • A Fundraising Activity area summarizing campaign participation, if enabled. 

 

Step 4: Create follow-up lists 

 

Use Create-A-List (CAL) to find supporters who donated to or fundraised as part of a DonorDrive campaign or event and build targeted outreach lists. 

Notes & limits 

  • DonorDrive is the system of record for events; updates occur there and sync into EveryAction. 
  • Teams are stored in new EveryAction Team tables created specifically for DonorDrive data. 
  • Sync cadence is hourly (AWS Glue → Snowflake → EveryAction).
