DonorDrive to EveryAction Integration Overview 

 

The DonorDrive to EveryAction Integration connects your peer-to-peer (P2P) and individual giving data in one place — so you can view every donation, event, and participant record from DonorDrive directly within your EveryAction CRM. This removes manual imports/exports and gives your team a unified, 360° view of donors and fundraisers. 

 

What the Integration Does 

 

The integration automatically syncs your DonorDrive data into EveryAction on an hourly cadence using secure, cloud-based automation. It includes: 

  • Constituents (Contacts): name, email, address, phone 
  • Donations (Contributions): amount, date, payment type, Event, Team, Campaign, Financial Batch 
  • Personal Campaigns 
  • Participant Events: each event creates both an Event and a Campaign object in EveryAction 
  • Teams: team name, captain, team goal (stored in new Team tables created for this integration) 
  • Recurring donations and refunds (where applicable) 
  • Code and Custom Fields: Map event or campaign specific tracking codes, custom fields or custom questions to EveryAction 

 
Note: DonorDrive remains the system of record for events and event management. 

 

How the Integration Works 

 

This integration will sync activity on an hourly schedule, so you can expect frequent updates to your data. Additionally, your organization's details mapped between the two products are securely stored and managed by Bonterra 

 

Why It Matters 

 

With all your DonorDrive and EveryAction data in one place, you can personalize asks, segment donors by fundraising activity, measure event success alongside direct campaigns, and spend less time on manual migration. 

 

How to Use It in EveryAction 

 

Once the sync is active, you’ll find DonorDrive data across your CRM: 
• Contacts: DonorDrive campaign participation, donations, and (if enabled) a Fundraising Activity section 
• Contributions: synced DonorDrive gifts with Source/Activist Codes for attribution 
• Reports: filter by Campaign, Event Type, Source Code, Team, or Financial Batch to analyze performance 
• Campaigns & Events: fundraising goals, linked teams, progress, and donor activity synced from DonorDrive 

 

Tracking and Reporting 

 

Use Contribution Reports, Credited Contributions, Event Participant Reports, and Create-a-List (CAL) to find and analyze DonorDrive results. Export or build dashboards to monitor P2P and direct giving in one view.
