Creating Online Actions forms allows you to gather information from supporters, process donations, collect signatures, and more—all while maintaining your organization's branding.
Step 1: Access Online Actions
- Log in to EveryAction
- From the left-hand side bar, click Engagement> Communication Tools> Online Actions
- Or you can use the “Search for a page” field and type “Online Actions”.
Step 2: Select your form type
- Click "Create New Form" on the Online Actions dashboard
- Select the type of form you want to create (options depend on your organization's packages)
- Available form types may include Advocacy, Contribution, Event Host, Ticketed Event, Event Signup, Peer-to-peer, Story Collection, Volunteer, Petition, and Signup
Step 3: Complete the Basics page
- Enter a form name (for internal use)
- Add a title that will appear on the form
- Set a vanity URL if desired
- Configure additional basic settings specific to your form type
- Click "Next" to continue
Step 4: Build your page
- Customize your form content using the editor
- Add text, images, and form fields as needed
- Configure any form-specific options (such as contribution amounts)
- Click "Next" to continue
Step 5: Design your form
- Choose fonts and colors to match your organization's branding
- Preview how your form will look on different devices
- Adjust as needed
- Click "Next" to continue
Step 6: Configure confirmation settings
- Customize the confirmation message that appears after form submission
- Set up automated confirmation emails if desired
- Configure social sharing options
- Click "Next" to continue
Step 7: Publish your form
- Review all form settings
- Click "Publish" to make your form live
- Use the provided URL to share your form or access embed options
