How do I create an Online Actions form?

Creating Online Actions forms allows you to gather information from supporters, process donations, collect signatures, and more—all while maintaining your organization's branding. 

Step 1: Access Online Actions 

1. Log in to EveryAction 
2. From the left-hand side bar, click Engagement> Communication Tools> Online Actions  
3. Or you can use the “Search for a page” field and type “Online Actions”. 

Step 2: Select your form type 

1. Click "Create New Form" on the Online Actions dashboard 
2. Select the type of form you want to create (options depend on your organization's packages) 
3. Available form types may include Advocacy, Contribution, Event Host, Ticketed Event, Event Signup, Peer-to-peer, Story Collection, Volunteer, Petition, and Signup 

Step 3: Complete the Basics page 

1. Enter a form name (for internal use) 
2. Add a title that will appear on the form 
3. Set a vanity URL if desired 
4. Configure additional basic settings specific to your form type 
5. Click "Next" to continue 

Step 4: Build your page 

1. Customize your form content using the editor 
2. Add text, images, and form fields as needed 
3. Configure any form-specific options (such as contribution amounts) 
4. Click "Next" to continue 

Step 5: Design your form 

1. Choose fonts and colors to match your organization's branding 
2. Preview how your form will look on different devices 
3. Adjust as needed 
4. Click "Next" to continue 

Step 6: Configure confirmation settings 

1. Customize the confirmation message that appears after form submission 
2. Set up automated confirmation emails if desired 
3. Configure social sharing options 
4. Click "Next" to continue
