Customizing your format aligns the form with your brand—logo, colors, and a clean layout—so donors instantly recognize you and feel confident completing their gift. Simple, accessible design also improves readability on mobile, reducing friction and boosting conversions.
Step 1: Open your form Design page
From EveryAction Home, open Online Actions. On the left-hand navigation, click Engagement> Communication Tools> Online Actions. If your left menu looks different, use Search for a page to find Online Actions. Click the “Create New Optimized Contribution Form” button or open your existing form. Then, click the Design page.
Step 2: Add visuals
Upload a Header image (recommended wide). (Optional) add a Background image.
Step 3: Choose a Preset or set your Primary, and Secondary colors
This is where you can enter your organization’s primary and secondary branding colors and save them as a Preset for future use. Keep selections simple to maintain readability and accessibility—form theming is intentionally limited to protect performance and contrast standards. Always preview on desktop and mobile before publishing.
