Recurring Upsell adds a timely, friendly prompt inviting one-time donors to turn their gift into a monthly donation. It’s toggled “on” by default because this approach consistently boosts predictable revenue and strengthens donor loyalty. With one simple setting—and no extra pages or configuration—you can turn a single gift into steady, year-round support.
Step 1: Open recurring settings
From EveryAction Home, open Online Actions. On the left-hand navigation, click Engagement> Communication Tools> Online Actions. If your left menu looks different, use Search for a page to find Online Actions. Click the “Create New Optimized Contribution Form” button or open your existing form. Then go to the Build Page → Recurring settings.
Step 2: Enable the upsell
Expand the “Recurring commitment options” section, toggle Recurring Upsell On.
Step 3: Preview a one-time flow
Test a one-time path to see the upsell interstitial appear before details/payment.
