Defect Fixes:

 

System Settings | Inactivity Timeout

We resolved an issue that prevented forgot password links from unlocking user accounts that were locked due to inactivity.

 

Records | Preview with View Only Permissions

We fixed an inconsistency with regards to attached files. In some cases, Standard Users could not preview, but could download files. Note, this defect was also represented as an idea portal submission; we will be notifying those following that idea with resolution as well.

We’re still having this issue as of 7/16/26. User accounts get locked due to inactivity and reset password does not unlock them.
