This release includes six high-priority defect fixes for Email Triggers, Imports, Attendance Tracker, and Apricot Mobile.
Fixes
Email Triggers | Links in Body Text
We resolved an issue where Links could not be added to an Email Trigger’s body text in the Form Designer.
Email Triggers | Error on Record Save
Previously, users experienced an error when attempting to pull an email from a Tier 1 record into a Tier 2 Email Trigger. Now, Apricot successfully sends the email to the specified recipient.
Imports | Automated Imports & Assigned Programs
Programs are now assigned to records when using Automated Imports as expected.
Imports| Updating Imported Records
We resolved an issue where some Records could not be updated after they were imported to Apricot.
Attendance Tracker | Search
This fix allows records with middle names to return in a search when enrolling participants in a Term.
Mobile | Accessing Doc Folder
Users are now able to view a participant's Document Folder in Apricot Mobile as expected.
