Take control of your Participant Snapshots

Based on your feedback, admins now have more control over what appears in Que-generated Participant Snapshots. Previously, there was no way to exclude specific Tier 2 forms from the Tier 1 Document Folder summary. Now there is!

A new “Exclude from AI summarization” checkbox in Tier 2 form properties lets you decide which forms Que pulls into the snapshot. Check the box, and that form stays out of your summary.

Head to your form properties to get started.

What’s new

Sign-in and sign-out are now built into the Registration Grid

Tracking attendance just got faster for organizations utilizing Registration Grid. The Registration Grid now includes a dedicated sign-in/sign-out view — select a participant, capture their signature, and the system automatically records the timestamp and witnesses the entry.

The view activates automatically when your Tier 2 form has a qualifying signature field. It also supports a kiosk workflow, so participants or parents/guardians can sign in directly without an Apricot login.

What’s coming: Apricot

CAN/ANZ: Apricot’s new login experience is almost here

Apricot’s new login experience is already live for US customers, and it’s gradually rolling out to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand next month.

The new experience replaces the existing Apricot login page with a refreshed, more secure sign-in flow — while keeping everything inside Apricot exactly as it is. You’ll sign in using your Bonterra account, and the first time you log in after the update, you’ll be prompted to verify your email address.

Scheduled rollout dates:

  • Canada: starting September 2

  • Australia/New Zealand: starting September 3

This rollout is gradual and will apply to all users by October 1. No action is required before the update goes live. When it does, sign in as usual and follow any on-screen prompts.

Apricot Mobile and Note Capture: Field documentation on the go

Apricot Mobile is a dedicated mobile app coming soon to iPhone and Android — a purpose-built experience for field-based work, separate from the current mobile view of Apricot.

The first skill available in Apricot Mobile will be Note Capture, AI-powered by Bonterra Que. Speak your notes after an interaction and Note Capture converts your voice into structured text, mapped directly into the right fields in your form — so details stay accurate and documentation happens in the moment.

Note Capture will soon be available to U.S.-based Apricot organizations in open beta. Read the article below to learn more about what Note Capture can do for you.

Early Intervention Signals: a new way to spot who needs attention

Early Intervention Signals is an upcoming AI-powered Que skill that flags when a participant may need follow-up — based on risk and protective indicators your admin configures using your program's existing forms and fields.

Que evaluates those indicators nightly and surfaces the participants who need attention, so staff start the day knowing who to call first instead of manually sifting through records.

The feature is currently in closed beta. If you're interested in joining or helping shape it, contact em.rattini-reich@bonterratech.com. Otherwise, watch for future emails and in-app announcements to find out when it’s available in open beta.

The Power of Collective Impact: Coordination Across Partners, Systems, and Programs

This session introduces the collective impact framework and shows how it translates into real coordination — across programs, partners, and the systems your clients navigate every day. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what makes multi-organization work succeed, and how your data practices either strengthen or undermine that work.

We're diving into:

  • What collective impact actually means — and its five core components

  • Why fragmented data undermines coordination

  • How shared measurement drives learning and accountability

  • See how shared measurement works in practice, giving partners a unified view of the data that drives coordination and outcomes.

Ask the Experts: Service Provider Networks and Impact Hub

Service Provider Networks connect organizations. Data Standards align how they collect information. Impact Hub is where that work becomes visible — and all three work together more than most admins realize.

Whether your questions are about network membership and Data Standard sharing, how to adopt or map a standard as a network member, what it takes to get data flowing into Impact Hub, how visibility and access work across sites and organizations, or what to do when something isn't behaving the way you expected — this panel has you covered.
