Que Now Answers Your EveryAction How-To Questions - Instantly
Bonterra Que just gave you a faster way to get answers.
Que now includes a product support capability that allows users to ask how-to and troubleshooting questions about EveryAction product features and functionality. When a user submits a question through the Que chat interface, Que returns a response in real time based on content from Bonterra's official Help Center documentation. No tab-switching, no tickets - just the guidance you need, the moment you need it.
This Que skill is always free — no credits required. While other skills, like donor stewardship or form builder, will use your free monthly allotment of credits (for those customers that have not upgraded to Que Intelligence) asking Que product support questions will not use credits.

ASC SPOTLIGHT
Your Donation Form Is Live.
...but is it working?
Most organizations spend a lot of energy getting their donation form built and launched—and then don't think about it again until something breaks. That's understandable. There's always the next campaign, the next deadline, the next priority.
But your donation form is one of the highest-traffic pages your organization has, and small improvements there can have an outsized impact on results.
The good news is that optimizing an existing form doesn't require a rebuild. It usually requires a fresh look.

WHAT’S NEW IN MOBILIZE
A Dedicated Home for Volunteer Hosts
Do you have volunteers who want to host events for the causes they’re passionate about? Mobilize now has a dedicated location for volunteer hosts - mobilize.us/volunteerhost.
Until now, Mobilize was built around finding events to attend. If your volunteers wanted to actually host an event instead, there wasn’t a clear path to get started - but the new Volunteer Host Hub changes all of that.
Volunteers now can:
-
Browse a dedicated “Host your own event” feed of active campaigns seeking hosts
-
Filter by organization and date to find campaigns that fit their specifications
-
See clear campaign context up front, making it easy to see who runs the campaign - and more importantly, how to get involved.

No More Manual Backfilling - Waitlists Now Fill Themselves
Waitlist automation is now live on Mobilize!
When one of your supporters cancels, the next person on your event’s waitlist automatically will be moved into that open spot (first come, first served).
This update eliminates the need for manual, back-and-forth outreach or tracking who should be next to fill an open spot. Your high-demand events will stay at full capacity without any added effort from your team, regardless of cancellations - and you get your valuable time back to continue coordinating the rest of your event’s logistics.

Stronger Spam Protection with Turnstile:
Now On By Default
“Fake” signups and bot-driven abuse are an ongoing pain for organizers - and only add to increased levels of effort during the upcoming election cycles. That’s why we’ve added active Turnstile protection (a Cloudflare tool) to every signup surface on Mobilize automatically - no setup or request required for this added security protection.
While you may not notice any major changes (except for a brief “verifying…” step when submitting a form, suspicious signups will automatically display a quick “I am human” checkbox before being able to continue. No need for organizers to manually “opt in” for this added security feature - the protection that Cloudflare is known for has already been turned on.

WHAT’S COMING TO MOBILIZE
Upcoming Improvements to Magic Link Login
We’re streamlining the Magic Link login flow to make it clearer and easier to use. Today, if the Magic Link button doesn’t work, the fallback login requires entering a long token, so we’re making a small but meaningful improvement: replacing that long token with a simple 6-digit one-time code.
This keeps the same secure system behind the scenes while making fallback login easier to enter and less confusing to navigate. Stay tuned!
Updates Coming to Search Bar
Soon, we’ll be testing a small update to the search bar on the Mobilize.us front door to help more supporters find events faster.
What’s changing:
- A more visible, easier-to-spot search bar on the homepage
- Helpful placeholder text
- Suggested popular queries to guide new visitors
This update is designed to make it easier for supporters to discover and sign up to your events - we’ll have more information on this update soon!
Better VAN Sync Error Handling
We're proactively updating our sync capabilities in your Mobilize event creation form, so that you'll now be able to recieve real-time feedback on their configuration status.
This provides organizers the opportunity to see any potential issues before an event is published - preventing errors from being published, and making the event creation process even easier.
