Recorded messages guide your supporters on what to say during their calls to decision-makers.

  1. Navigate to the messages section

    1. When creating your Click-to-Call form, locate the section for adding messages

    2. You can create up to 4 different messages with corresponding targets

  2. Choose your Call Script Type

    1. Select "Audio File" if you want to upload a pre-recorded message

      1. Supported file types include MPEG, WAV, AIFF, GSM, and ULAW

    2. Select "Text" if you prefer to enter a script that will be converted to speech

  3. Create your message content

    1. For text scripts, enter your message (limited to 4,000 characters)

    2. For audio files, upload your prepared recording

    3. Important: Include instructions for supporters to press the * (star key) at the end of their call to connect to the next target

  4. Select targets for each message

    1. Assign the appropriate targets to each message you create

    2. This determines which message plays before connecting to specific targets

  5. Review and save your messages

    1. Ensure your messages clearly guide supporters on what to say

    2. Verify that you've included the star key instructions in each message
