Creating a Click-to-Call form is similar to setting up other advocacy forms, with specific options for phone calls.

Access the form creation tool

Navigate to Configure Advocacy

Click to create a new Advocacy Form

Select "Click to Call" from the available options at the top

Select your advocacy targets

Choose from available advocacy target universes (Federal and State are standard)

Or create a form for a custom target

Note: If you need County or Municipal advocacy targets, contact Client Services

Configure target settings
-
For custom targets, ensure you include a phone number, or the call will not be initiated

Understand that call order to multiple decision-makers within a Universe will be randomized for your supporters

Complete the standard form setup

Add your form title, description, and other required elements

Configure your form fields to collect supporter information

Save your form
-
Click Save to create your Click-to-Call advocacy form
