COMING SOON: 2026 Bonterra Case Management Product Surveys
We want to know what’s working and what’s slowing you down in your case management tools. Your feedback helps our product team decide what to build next.
Last year’s Case Management product surveys helped shape the Apricot Que Intelligence Bundle with tools that surface recent changes across participant forms and help find and fix duplicates for better data quality. We’ve also made performance and usability improvements across products thanks to your input.
The survey opens early June and runs through Tuesday, June 26th. Look for it in your Resource Center (lower-right corner of Apricot). It takes less than 15 minutes.
Fill it out to enter for a chance to win a $300 gift card (optional).
Participant Snapshot is here — get up to speed before every interaction
Participant Snapshot is the first AI-powered skill in Bonterra Que, and it's live for all U.S. Apricot users in open beta at no additional cost.

Before a handoff, home visit, or coverage situation, you can generate an on-demand summary of a participant's recent activity directly in the Document Folder. It's there to help you get oriented fast — not to make decisions for you.
A few things to know:
-
The snapshot is not saved to the participant's record and won't change how you document or manage cases.
-
Participant data is never stored or used to train LLMs.
-
Administrators can disable the skill for their organization at any time via the A La Carte Features page.
Note: If you do not see this feature enabled in your Apricot environment, please reach out to your Administrator for more information.
Want to see Participant Snapshot in action? Join us at the June 3 Product Updates event for a live walkthrough.

Apricot's new login experience — troubleshooting tips
Apricot's updated login experience has been live for several weeks now. If you're logging in for the first time or running into issues, keep these in mind:
- Use the email address originally associated with your Apricot account — this is what links your login to your existing data.
- Verification and password reset emails come from noreply@bonterra.network. If you don't see one, check your spam folder and add this address to your safe senders list.
- Allow cookies for https://auth.bonterra.network/. If you previously blocked cookies for this domain or they're blocked them by default, update your browser's cookie settings.
- Always use the Logout button when you're done — especially on shared workstations. Closing the browser tab does not end your session.
For a full list of common issues and fixes, including browser autofill conflicts, account lockouts, and multi-org access, see the troubleshooting guide.
What's Coming
Apricot Community is coming to Bonterra Central on June 1

Help articles, training, events, and product updates are all in one place at Bonterra Central. Starting June 1, all Apricot users will also have access to Apricot Community — a dedicated space to ask questions, share tips, and connect with other users.
Register for the June 3 Product Updates event to see Apricot Community in action — and take part in your first live Community conversation during the session.
Not yet in Bonterra Central? View the article below to learn how to access it and get set up.
Apricot Mobile and Note Capture are on the way
Apricot Mobile is a dedicated mobile app coming to iPhone and Android — a purpose-built experience for field-based work, separate from the current mobile view of Apricot.
The first skill available in Apricot Mobile will be Note Capture, powered by Bonterra Que. Speak your notes after an interaction and Note Capture converts your voice into structured text, mapped directly into the right fields in your form — so details stay accurate and documentation happens in the moment.
Note Capture is currently in closed beta. If you're interested in joining the upcoming open beta, contact em.rattini-reich@bonterratech.com. If you'd like a heads up when the app is available, watch for future emails and in-app announcements.
Events & Training
Apricot Product Updates
Wednesday, June 3 at 1:30pm CT

This expert-led product release event will provide an updated look at what has changed in Apricot during the past month.
In this session, you'll dive deep into new product releases, experience a demo of the applicable changes, and get your questions answered during an extended Q&A session.
The presentation and demonstration portion of our session will last around 20-30 minutes, leaving ample time for you to ask questions and get clarification on any product enhancements we cover.
Proof of Impact: Best Practices in Building Impact Reports That Reflect Your Work
Wednesday, June 10 at 1:30pm CT

Does your impact report tell the story of what your team actually did? Too often, the numbers we pull together are disconnected from the real work happening in case files.
This session walks you through the essential steps for building impact reports grounded in solid data and clear outcomes. You'll learn best practices that matter most — from defining what you measure to presenting data that proves your impact. We'll then close with a live demo showing how to pull these reports in Apricot's Impact Hub.
Ask the Experts: Impact Hub
Wednesday, June 17 at 1:30pm CT

Impact Hub is designed to help your organization spend less time on reporting mechanics and more time on the insights that drive program improvement. This session gives you expert support to make that shift confidently and strategically.
Whether your questions are about getting started with Impact Hub, designing dashboards that work for your team, connecting it to your funder reporting, or troubleshooting something that isn't working the way you expected — this panel has you covered.
The Donor Journey: How to Track, Understand, and Strengthen Giving Relationships
Wednesday, June 24 at 1:30pm CT

Strong donor relationships are the foundation of sustainable funding. When you track and understand the full journey of a giving relationship — not just the transaction — you're building partnerships that keep your organization funded for the year ahead and beyond.
This session equips you with a practical framework for understanding the full donor journey and shows you how to manage relationships in ways that deepen commitment and increase lifetime giving.
