How do I refresh a background report after changing filters or programs?

If you change your global filters or switch programs, a report with Background Processing may still show the old results. Follow the steps below to get updated results.

Step 1: Change your global filters or program

Make the changes you need to your global filters, or switch to the program you want to report on.

Step 2: Click Refresh

On the report, click Refresh. This makes sure the report uses your new filters or program.

Step 3: Run the report again

Run the report. It will process in the background with the updated settings.

Step 4: Download the new file

When the completion notice appears, open or download the new report. Check that it shows the results you expect.
