How do I contact Support?

Need help from support? You can submit a request in the platform, track updates, or contact support directly by email or phone.
Use a Support Request for issues inside the platform. Use email or phone if you can’t log in or need urgent help.

Note: Tickets submitted through the platform first go to your organization’s Account Admin. The Admin can then involve the Bonterra support team directly from the ticket if needed.

  • Or connect with your organization’s administrator if you’re unsure—they can help escalate the issue if needed

Support hours:

  • Monday–Friday, 8 am to 6 pm Eastern Time (ET)

What to include in your message:

  • Description of the issue

  • Steps to reproduce

  • Examples (contacts, lists, usernames)

  • Your organization name

 

Create a Support Request Ticket

Step 1: Start from the EveryAction Home Page

  • When you log in, you’ll land on the Home Page

  • Look at the left-hand menu, where all navigation options live

 

Step 2: Open “Request Support”

  • Scroll to the bottom of the left menu

  • Click “Need a Little Help?” (this is where you can contact support)

  • Select “Request Support”

Or

  • Or if you can’t find this button, you can find “Search for a page” in the left menu

  • Type “Submit a Support Request”

  • Select the result

 

Step 3: Fill out and submit your request

  • Complete the form with as much detail as possible

    • Include step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue

    • Add examples like contact records, saved lists, or usernames

  • Indicate the urgency (choose higher urgency if your work is blocked)

  • Click Done

Tip: Detailed information helps resolve issues faster.

After submitting, your request will join your support ticket list. You'll get an automatic reply when a support team member claims your ticket, and they will follow up within 3 business days.

 

Step 4: Add attachments (optional)

  • Click “Attach a file” under the Subject line

  • Upload screenshots or relevant files

Note: If your file is too large, compress it into a .zip file
